The Tourmaster Zephyr Mesh Jacket caters to riders who demand both protection and adaptability for touring in hot weather. This jacket features sizable R1 mesh panels that allow for significant airflow, crucial during warm rides. The 450D ripstop stretch polyester body, coupled with 600D reinforcements at the elbows and lower arms, enhances durability in critical areas. Stretch panels are thoughtfully integrated to promote comfort and flexibility while riding.

Equipped with CE-certified Armanox™ Phoenix soft flex armor at the shoulders, elbows, and back, it provides riders with the necessary impact protection that seamlessly conforms to their movements. Designed to be responsive to the changing weather, the Zephyr includes a removable 2-in-1 ASCENT mid-layer jacket or vest along with an Aqua-Barrier™ shell that offers waterproof capabilities. Both layers are designed for convenient storage when not in use. The jacket comes complete with an array of storage options, 3M® Scotchlite™ reflective details for visibility, adjustable waist and arm straps for a custom fit, and an 8-inch jacket-to-pants zipper, reinforcing its suitability for daily touring with a focus on airflow and protection.
